There are a lot of questions coming in now that the Kickstarter is over, so let's dive in:
Q: What's the purpose of the BackerKit survey?
A: We use these surveys for primarily two reasons:
Q: When will the BackerKit surveys be going out?
A: We are aiming to have the surveys launched in about two weeks from the Kickstarter wrapping, so tentatively March, 30th. They will go to the email address you have associated with your Kickstarter account. If you use an Apple ID with your email address, be aware that a different email could be generated for you for security reasons. We'll do an update officially announcing when they have begun to go to everyone. It's worth noting though that it can take BackerKit up to 48 hours to process all surveys fully. If at that point you still have not received one, please check your spam folder, and check that the email you used on Kickstarter is the email account you're checking.
Q: How long will I have to complete my survey?
A: Our goal is to get as many surveys completed as possible, so we give around 30 days to allow everyone proper time. We'll do an update several days before we lock surveys and charge cards so that everyone is aware.
Q: Who can I talk to if I have questions, requests, or issues with my order?
A: If you have questions about the campaign or your order, you can double-check the FAQ here, or you can click here to DM us! Please always direct message us here on Kickstarter. We can't perform customer service on social media.
Q: When will my order arrive?
A: Our estimated delivery is still set for February 2024.
