Hi everyone, we hope your week has been going well!
Quick production update for this month - we continue to make progress on the game build, and with surveys closing last month we have official tallies on physical reward items, so we aim to have those going into production very soon.
🎮With that said, we're thrilled to share a sneak peek of EVERDATE, introducing you to the many faces of Charles!

Everdate BackerKit Charge

Hi everyone,
We wanted to give you all a heads up that any outstanding balances that we collected in the BackerKit surveys last Friday, such as shipping fees on physical rewards, or extra DLC items, could appear on your credit card statement as going to "4H Mythic".
This is connected to our game developer, Always Imagine, but realize it might be confusing as it does not mention "Everdate", "Let's Play" or "Always Image".
If you have any questions, please DM us here and sorry for any confusion this might have caused.

After this date, you will still be able to update your shipping address, however, you might not be able to add items as add ons to your order. If you have not filled out your survey and paid for shipping we can't get you your items, so please make sure to do so.
If you still have not received a survey please check your spam folder. If that doesn't work, you can click the link below to enter the email address associated with your survey (most likely the same as the email associated to your Kickstarter account) and BackerKit will send you a new one:

BackerKit Surveys Have Begun To Go Out

We are pleased to tell you that BackerKit surveys began going out this morning! Thank you for your patience as we prepared them.
PLEASE NOTE: BackerKit will send surveys in waves over the next two days, and due to the high volume of backers on this campaign, it may take up to 48 hours for your survey to be processed and sent to you.
If at that point you still have not received one please check your spam folder, and make sure that you're checking the email that is associated with your Kickstarter account. If you use an Apple ID with your email address, be aware that a different email could be generated for you for security reasons. If you have any issues, please click here to direct message us so that we can help! Always message us here on Kickstarter. We can't perform customer service on social media. :)
Surveys will remain open for about 30 days, but we'll do an update before they close so everyone is aware. Once locked we'll have proper order numbers so that we can begin going into production on physical items! :)
